Bright, partly with sloping ceilings, beautiful and cosy furnishings: large living/sleeping room with 1 double sofabed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm), dining table. Small kitchenette in the entrance (1 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Heating. Top floor: (steep stair), 1 large room with sloping ceilings with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Sep. WC. Heating. Wooden floors. Marvellous view of the mountains and the valley. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking at the house. Please note: not suitable for small children one double bedroom is outside the apartment. Non-smokers only. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher, no lift. No internal connecting door between the floors. Please note that the large living/bedroom can only be moderately darkened (panoramic window)! When there are less than the maximum number of guests staying at the property, not all of the bedrooms will be available for use. When there are less than the maximum number of guests staying at the property, one floor will not be available for use.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
