Our holiday home is located in the heart of the Southern Black Forest, in the health resort of Falkau (957 m above sea level). The house enjoys a wonderfully peaceful location on the edge of the forest, within a small holiday park consisting of six houses, all pleasantly spaced apart. This guarantees privacy, freedom, and pure relaxation. It's beautiful here in every season.

The park offers a ping-pong table, playground, swings, a sandbox, a barbecue area, and plenty of space and greenery to unwind. A pétanque court and an all-in-one mini-golf course provide further entertainment. The park is car-free, so children can play freely.

Your dog is also very welcome. The terrace is fenced.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
