Large, open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Bath/shower/WC. Heating. Large patio 18 m2. Terrace furniture, barbecue. Beautiful view of the garden. Facilities: washing machine, children's high chair, baby cot, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (roofed) at the house. Please note: non-smokers only. 1 pet/ dog allowed. Private entrance, smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. Bed layout is flexible. There are more sleeping options available than the maximum number of people allowed which may, however, not be exceeded.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
