Since May 2017, the Miramar holiday home has offered an additional holiday apartment on the ground floor. Because the house is situated on a slope, the adjoining garden terrace is not visible from the street. The apartment can be reached via the garden stairs or through the garage and the basement.

The holiday apartment has two bedrooms: one bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom or reading room with a single bed. The living and dining room with an open-plan kitchen, as well as the bedrooms, have access to the garden terrace. The terrace also features a wooden platform for sitting by a small garden pond.
