The holiday apartment has its own large terrace with a garden, a bedroom, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a spacious living and dining area with an open-plan kitchen.

The bedroom features a 180x200cm box-spring bed with an additional one-piece topper and two mattresses of different firmness, a large wardrobe, and a dressing table.

The living and dining area is furnished with a large sofa, TV, Wi-Fi, a dining table, and an open-plan kitchen equipped with modern appliances (induction hob, convection oven at working height, dishwasher, extra-large fridge with freezer compartment), a coffee machine, a Nespresso machine, and a kettle.

On the spacious terrace with adjoining garden, there is a large dining table with chairs, a huge rotating parasol, and two sun loungers with additional cushions.

We provide one bath towel, one large towel, and one small towel for each guest.

An additional blanket for the bed is available upon request.
... A free parking space is available directly in front of the house for the duration of your stay. You are also welcome to park your bicycle behind the house and charge your e-bike battery if needed.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
