Shower/WC. Heating. Small balcony. Balcony furniture. Marvellous panoramic view of the mountains. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (1 car) at the house. Please note: non-smokers only. Parking at the house. Shop 8 km, supermarket 8 km, bus stop "Biederbach Selbig" 10 m, railway station "Elzach" 8 km. Walking paths from the house 100 m. Nearby attractions: Triberger Wasserfälle 35 km, 1.weltgrößte Kuckucksuhr Triberg 35 km, Europapark 38 km, Waldkirch 17 km, Freiburg 31 km. Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
