The holiday home for 4 persons has a bathroom and two bedrooms and is equipped with two single beds and a double bed. The holiday home is equipped with a CD player, a heather, a radio, a DVD player and a TV. In addition there is a barbecue, a terrace, a balcony, a garden, a football table, a set of garden furniture and a pond and there are two table tennis tables. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower, a toilet and three washbasins.

The holiday home has a tumble dryer, a fridge-freezer and a Internet connection (wireless).

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a high chair, a cot and a playground equipment.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a stove, a microwave and a coffee maker.

The apartment includes central heating, a shared sunbathing area with barbecue, play equipment, and a garden with comfortable seating. Leisure options include table tennis and table football.

Families will appreciate the children’s bed and high chair. Parking is available, and a connected 8 m² garden house with a small fitness room is accessible during snow-free months—adding a wellness touch to this scenic Black Forest escape.

Please note that as of 1 March 2026, a local tourist tax of €3.50 for adults (14+) and €1.30 for children (ages 6–13) will apply. This mandatory fee is payable upon arrival and is not included in the initial booking price.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
