After a pleasant night in the spacious double bed, you will find your clothes in the spacious wardrobe. Two more people can sleep on the sofa bed.

With 59 square metres of living space, you have a spacious holiday flat. The absolute highlight of the flat is the oversized balcony, which extends the living area many times over in the summer months.

You will enjoy your meals in the living and dining room. This room is furnished with many details, large and small. In addition to a dining table, there is a cosy sofa bed with matching table and a wall unit. If you don't want to enjoy life in Baden-Baden for a day, you can watch TV for a change. As the flat is newly renovated, we ask that you only smoke on the balcony. There are no carpets in the holiday flats, but pets are only allowed by prior arrangement. There is of course an underground parking space for your car in both flats, which is already included in the flat price.

In the fully equipped kitchen, you will not only have fun preparing breakfast, but you can also cook extensively here. Not only has a coffee machine, toaster and kettle been thought of, but a ceramic hob and microwave are also available. The necessary crockery is available for six people.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
