The holiday home for 4 persons has a bathroom and two bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a DVD player and a TV (international channels). In addition there is a balcony. You can park your car on a parking lot (indoor).

The holiday home has a freezer, a Internet connection (ADSL, ISDN and wireless).

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, a dishwasher and an oven.

The large living and dining area with its cosy seating area and TV armchair offers every opportunity to relax and unwind. A dining table with 4 seats is available for your meals. In addition to the LCD TV, the landlord will be happy to provide you with a DVD/CD player and internet access.

The holiday flat has two large bedrooms, each with a double bed (1.80 m width) and a large wardrobe. If required, the seating area in the living room can be extended to sleep two people.

The fitted kitchen is fully equipped with fridge and freezer, cooker with oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine, egg boiler, kettle and all the necessary cooking utensils and crockery. The spacious bathroom (including hairdryer) and a storage room for suitcases and the like round off the space on offer.

The large covered balcony is furnished with a seating area for four people so that you can enjoy a cosy breakfast outside in the morning sun and start the day in a relaxed manner. A high chair is available for your little ones if required. Bed linen and towels are also provided.

Included in the visitor's tax is the KONUS guest card, with which you can use all public transport throughout the Black Forest free of charge. The holiday flat is a non-smoking flat. However, smoking is permitted on the balcony.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
