The spacious, lovingly furnished two-room apartment features a cozy bedroom with a high-quality box-spring bed for a restful sleep. White and cream tones give this vacation home a summery look.

And when you wake up in the morning, enjoy a coffee from the capsule machine in the high-quality kitchen at the touch of a button. Afterward, simply put the cup in the dishwasher and then hop in the shower! The walk-in, level-entry shower is also available. The kitchen, by the way, offers everything you need to conjure up a delicious breakfast or dinner. You can enjoy a meal at the dining area in the kitchen or plan your next day's excursion.

And when you wake up in the morning, enjoy a coffee from the capsule machine in the well-equipped kitchen. The lovingly landscaped garden extends over three levels and offers a variety of opportunities to relax and unwind. The house entrance, with its small terrace and bar stools, is located directly in front of the sauna – perfect for a relaxing break. The lawns are divided into two comfortable lounge areas.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
