The gite is located in the Luberon in a very quiet environment, next to vineyards and almond trees, with views of the mountains and villages. It is detached from the owners and has its own private entrance.
It is on a single level, with 1 bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and one with a single bed (160cm), 1 shower room (renovated in 2022) with Italian shower and separate wc, a fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the living room (washing machine, coffee maker, oven, microwave, induction hob, fridge-freezer, etc.), leather sofa, TV and free WiFi.
The entire gite has been clad in natural stone outside since this year (2024), with an exotic wood terrace under a flowery pergola, patio with summer kitchen (outside), water point, barbecue, garden furniture, deckchairs, bicycle shed, swimming pool.
Access by private passage, free wifi, arrival from 5pm and departure by 10am at the latest. Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday and for a minimum of 7 days in June - July - August - September and for a minimum of 3 nights in the other months. SPECIAL CONDITIONS Animals not allowed No smoking gite The gite is made for 4 people and not for 5,6,7 ...etc If the above conditions are not respected the contract will become null and void and the rental will be refused without refund.
