A guest toilet completes the floor. Upstairs, you’ll find four bedrooms - a double bed with balcony access, a twin room with two single beds, another double room, and a cozy bunk-bed room ideal for kids. Two bathrooms - one with a shower and a toilet, one with a bathtub and a shower - keep daily routines smooth.

Parking is available on-site. It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house Non smoking accommodation. The photos show examples of houses and apartments. Some service facilities at the holiday complex are only open seasonally. not suitable for people with reduced mobility. The deposit must be paid by credit card

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
