This spacious 80m² duplex apartment in Vars les Claux offers the ultimate convenience for winter sports enthusiasts, with direct ski-in, ski-out access just steps from the door. Located next to the ESF (French Ski School), it’s ideally positioned in the heart of the resort, making it perfect for both skiers and snowboarders. The apartment features a large living room and a fully equipped kitchen, including a Nespresso machine, raclette and fondue sets, a SodaStream, induction hobs, a dishwasher, and a combi oven. From the south-facing balcony, guests can enjoy stunning mountain views.

Located in a vibrant ski resort, guests have easy access to the slopes, ski schools, and après-ski activities. Additionally, the resort offers various winter sports, mountain biking, and hiking opportunities during the warmer months, ensuring year-round enjoyment. Please note, no pets are allowed and the property is non-smoking.

The first floor hosts the master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, while the lower floor has two additional double bedrooms sharing a bathroom. Two separate toilets are also available. The apartment is tastefully decorated, providing both comfort and style. Guests will appreciate the included end-of-stay cleaning, household linen with beds made on arrival, and towels.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
