The badroom is equipped with four washbasins, four toilets, a bath and three showers.

The kitchen is equipped with two ovens, two microwaves and a dishwasher.

Sprawling country views define this impressive 177-square-meter detached estate in sunny Valréas, France, designed for large groups or multi-generation family reunions of up to 14 guests. Please note that the property owners live on-site to assist guests during their stay. The outdoor grounds offer a resort-like experience with a fenced swimming pool (open May to October), a volleyball court, a classic boules court, and complimentary bicycles. Guests can relax on multiple private terraces—including a roofed ground-floor space—or gather on the shared, fully fenced lawn equipped with sun loungers, outdoor furniture, and a BBQ setup.

The interior layout is thoughtfully distributed across two main floors and a separate guest house. The ground floor features a dedicated living room with a TV, a well-equipped open kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, a separate toilet, and two comfortable bedrooms (one double and one bunk bed room). Upstairs, the first floor serves as the main living level, featuring a cozy living room with entertainment options and a double sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a family bathroom, a double bedroom, and the charming "blue room" bedroom configured with flexible bedding.

For added privacy, the property also includes a separate ground-floor guest house featuring the sixth bedroom with twin or double bed options, a private terrace, and a fourth full bathroom. Practical amenities include a washing machine, plus a complimentary baby cot and high chair for families traveling with toddlers.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
