Property composed of main house and outbuilding 7 km from the centre of Visan, 5 km from the centre of Valréas, 20 km from the centre of Nyons, in a secluded position. Private: natural state property 10'000 m2 with trees, swimming pool (12 x 4 m, depth 120 - 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
