The holiday home for 10 persons has two bathrooms and three bedrooms and is equipped with two single beds, a bunk bed and a double bed. The holiday home is equipped with a TV. In addition there is a boules court, a swimming pool, a terrace, a garden, a barbecue, a volleyball field, a bicycle and a set of garden furniture. The badroom is equipped with two showers, two toilets and two washbasins.

The holiday home has a garage, a washing machine, a fridge-freezer and a Internet connection (wireless).

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a high chair and a cot.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a microwave and an oven.

Built in 1880, this 99-square-meter detached holiday home blends history with modern comfort for up to 12 guests and an infant. Outside, enjoy a 10x5 meter fenced pool (April–November), a boules court, volleyball court, and free bicycles. The first floor features a cozy living room with entertainment and a double sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a family bathroom, a double bedroom, and a flexible bedroom (double or two singles). The ground-floor independent apartment offers privacy with 3 bedrooms (including one with bunk beds), a private terrace, and a second bathroom. A complimentary cot and high chair are provided for toddlers.

Property managers may require a security deposit before arrival for guests staying in a holiday home. After departure, the accommodation will be inspected, and the deposit will be refunded within approximately three weeks if no damages, missing items, or disturbances are identified. Additional charges may apply where necessary. Guests are kindly requested to follow property rules and respect fellow guests to help ensure a smooth refund process. Please note that a higher deposit may be required during major events and festivals.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
