The holiday home for 8 persons has two bathrooms and three bedrooms and is equipped with a double bed, a double sofa bed and two double beds or two single beds. The holiday home is equipped with a stereo, a TV, a heather and a DVD player. In addition there is a garden, a set of garden furniture, a bicycle, a barbecue, a swimming pool, a boules court and a volleyball field and there are two terraces. The badroom is equipped with two toilets, a bath, a washbasin and a shower.

Detailed information
Located in Valréas, this comfortable three-bedroom mansion is ideal for a family or a group of friends. It features a spacious living and dining room, a fully equipped kitchen and a lovely terrace leading directly out into the large, tree-lined garden. A master bedroom and a second bedroom open directly onto the living area. The second suite (bedroom + shower room) has its own entrance, within the same building. An extra bed can be provided on the sofa bed in the living room. The swimming pool, open from 1 May to 1 November, is shared between the two holiday homes.
Ideally situated in a quiet spot on a quiet country lane, just 1 km from the town centre, restaurants and shops, the villa is a very convenient base for visiting the typical little villages of the Drôme Provençale and exploring the Baronnies Provençales mountains.
Leisure and outdoor facilities, a boules court and a pitch for ball games. A few bicycles are available for exploring the picturesque region. A cot and high chair are available free of charge on request.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
