This warm and sunny apartment, perfect for up to four guests, is ideally situated with a south-facing view that offers a beautiful panorama of the mountains. The accommodation includes an entrance with stairs leading to a cozy bedroom featuring a 140x200 double bed and shelves. The bathroom has a bathtub and WC, and there's a ski locker for convenient storage of equipment. The living room offers a comfortable sofa bed with a 140x200 double bed, and large skylights provide plenty of natural sunlight, ideal for enjoying meals or relaxing in the sun. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator (with freezer), oven, filter coffee maker, ceramic hob, dishwasher, and microwave.

The apartment is located in a prime area with easy access to a shuttle that connects you to Puy Saint Vincent & Pelvoux resorts. The picturesque village of Vallouise is just 5 minutes by car, while shops are a 10-minute walk away (900m). Activities include skiing, tobogganing, mountain biking, hiking (including White and Black Glaciers, and Lake Eychauda), paragliding, and horse riding, all set within the breathtaking landscapes of the Ecrins National Park.

Additional amenities include parking right at the residence, a TV via satellite or dish, and a range of optional services, including WiFi, bed linen, and end-of-stay cleaning. Pets are also allowed with a supplement, and the property requires a security deposit on arrival.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
