Surrounded by an 800m² fenced garden, it’s the perfect retreat for a relaxing vacation. The private swimming pool can be heated on request for an additional cost of €50 per week, adding extra comfort to your stay.
The house is well-equipped for a comfortable stay. The living room features a single sofa bed, TV, and a cozy seating area, while the kitchen comes with a cooker, coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, washing machine, and all necessary dishes and cutlery. There are two bedrooms: one with two single beds, and the second with a double bed (160 x 200 cm). A third bedroom offers a double bed (160 x 200 cm) with an en-suite bathroom including a shower, washbasin, and toilet. There is also a separate bathroom with a shower, washbasin, and toilet.
The spacious garden is fully fenced and includes a terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers, and a BBQ for outdoor enjoyment. The property also provides a carport and private parking. Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
