Charming single-storey villa, ideally located in a peaceful neighbourhood just 500 metres from the centre of Vaison-la-Romaine, offering easy access to shops and amenities. Surrounded by an enclosed garden, it is an ideal retreat for a family or small group of friends looking for a relaxing holiday. The private swimming pool can be heated on request. The pool house facing the pool allows you to make the most of summer evenings (sink, table-top, washing machine, toilet, outdoor furniture).
The villa has a pleasant living room (sofa, television, reading corner, dining room), a fully equipped kitchen (electric hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher) and three bedrooms (two 160 cm beds and two 80 cm beds). Two shower rooms and two toilets complete the accommodation.
The region offers many activities: wine trails, cellar visits, hiking, cycling, horse riding, as well as numerous summer cultural events (concerts, Vaison Danse festival, Avignon festival, Chorégies d'Orange).
Pets accepted on request.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
