This cozy 2/3-room apartment (42m²) for 6 people is ideally located in the heart of the Pra-Loup 1600 resort, just 80 meters from the slopes and close to the shopping mall. Situated on the 3rd floor of a building with an elevator, the apartment faces south and features a balcony with a stunning view of the resort center and slopes. The entrance leads to a spacious living room with a convertible sofa bed, a large HD TV, and stylish decor. The kitchen area is fully equipped with a refrigerator, ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and raclette grill, perfect for preparing meals after a day on the slopes.

The apartment includes two bedrooms. Bedroom 1 offers a double bed, separated from the living room by a curtain, while the second, enclosed bedroom features a single bed, a 2-seater convertible sofa, a mezzanine bed, and a large closet. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, and there is a separate WC for added convenience. The apartment boasts pleasant parquet flooring, a spacious layout, and tasteful decoration. The kitchen was newly renovated in 2017.

For added convenience, the apartment includes a ski box located on level -1. Please note that pets are strictly prohibited, and the apartment is non-smoking. A deposit of €260 is required upon booking. Heating is included in the stay.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
