Elegantly combining wood, stone, and wrought iron, the interiors create a warm, inviting atmosphere. Ideal for up to 10 guests, the property provides complete privacy within a true haven of peace surrounded by nature. Wine lovers, cyclists, and outdoor enthusiasts are all welcome to explore the renowned vineyards, medieval hilltop villages, the castles of Drôme Provençale, and the ancient ruins of Orange and Vaison-la-Romaine.
The villa features five charming bedrooms and three luxury bathrooms. The flexible sleeping arrangements include a large master suite, two additional double bedrooms, and two twin bedrooms, one of which can be joined. The three luxury bathrooms include a large facility with a whirlpool bath and hydro-shower, plus two modern walk-in showers and separate toilets. The inviting living spaces include a dining room, a bright living room, and a relaxation mezzanine.
The outdoor space is a vast wooded property, completely fenced for security and relaxation. Guests can enjoy several restful areas, perfect for sunbathing or napping in the superb hammock. The centrepiece is the private swimming pool, open from April to the end of October. You can enjoy dinners in the shade of a large tree and sunbathing in absolute privacy. Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
