The holiday home for 8 persons has four bathrooms and four bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a heather and a TV. In addition there is a balcony, a garden, an air conditioner and a terrace and there are two swimming pools. The badroom is equipped with a hairdryer.

The holiday home has a tumble dryer, a freezer and a fridge.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a dishwasher, a coffee maker and a microwave.

La Belle Vie is a beautiful and spacious villa in a quiet and peaceful setting. the panoramic view of the castle and the village of Tourrette-Levens, is surrounded by green mountains. This hilltop village provençal is located in 15 km (35 mins) from Nice city center and is also very close to Monaco and Italy. You will enjoy the many surrounding activities. Each room is air-conditioned.
Array
The villa is made up of 3 levels. On the ground floor you will have a large living room with fireplace and a dining table. dining room to accommodate 10 people, a fully equipped closed kitchen, a bedroom with its private bathroom and WC and a guest WC.

Upstairs, a work space composed of: 2 desks, two screens and a printer, ideal for teleworking and a second bedroom with private bathroom and WC.

Finally, on the garden level, you will have the equivalent of an independent apartment with a fully equipped open kitchen and a living/dining room. dining room with direct access to the equipped terrace, garden and mosaic swimming pool.

On this level, you will also find 2 independent bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and WC; One of them is very spacious and can easily accommodate a couple and their child (a baby bed and a high chair are available). The beds are of very good quality. with the possibility of to transform the 180cm beds into two 90cm beds.

All the bedrooms are air-conditioned (the other rooms of the villa are not but the villa also has thermal shutters to cut off the heat).

Parking for 4 people 5 cars are possible in a private enclosure and a charging socket for electric vehicles is nearby. arrangement

For your safety During your stay we have a security camera available. located at outside the main entrance which is lit 24/7.

We have 3 alarm devices available; motion detection inside, placed outside. the main entrance, in the dining room dining and in the living room on the ground floor. This system allows you to take photos in the event of a possible intrusion. These devices are NOT activated during our guests' stay.

A vehicle is essential to fully enjoy the region.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
