The villa consists of 4 comfortable bedrooms:
A suite with a 160 bed and an adjoining shower. the room
A 2nd bedroom with a double bed
A 3rd bedroom with a double bed
A 4th bedroom with two single beds (ideal for children)
A 2nd shower room
A large living room fitted out. a television area as well as a dining room. eat, adjoining; a large fully equipped kitchen opening onto a covered terrace furnished with chairs and table.

Outside:
You will enjoy a completely private swimming pool, surrounded by deckchairs and a covered terrace, ideal for barbecue days facing the Estérel massif, as well as a pétanque court. finding in the immense garden of more than 2000m2 of the property, a games and relaxation for young and old.

TRAVELERS ACCESS
Guests will have exclusive use of the entire property. during their stay. Keys will be handed over automatically by mailbox. keys from 4 p.m. to the address of the accommodation.

ADDITIONAL FEES
Linen is provided at your convenience. From 6 nights, it will be optional at additional cost for stays of less than 6 nights and on request.
You may be asked for an additional payment request for the tourist tax depending on the booking platform chosen.

SERVICE
To facilitate your arrival, check-in will be done online via a link that we will send you once the reservation is confirmed. Following this, you will have access to a digital welcome booklet made available to you at your disposal throughout the duration of your stay. There you will find all the information related to the arrival procedure, how the accommodation works, the right addresses and more.

DEPOSIT
A deposit in the form of an online banking imprint may be requested from you at the time of booking depending on the platform through which you choose to reserve our accommodation.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
