Boost your seaside vacation with this magnificent 75m² house in a residence just meters from the sea. Perfect for families or groups, this house accommodates up to 6 guests. It features three comfortable bedrooms, each with a double bed, two bathrooms, and two toilets. Enjoy modern amenities like two TVs for entertainment. Bed linen and towels are not provided but can be arranged for an additional cost. Tourist taxes and a credit card deposit will be collected on-site upon arrival.
The house is ideally located close to all amenities and the sea, making it the perfect base to explore Six-Fours-les-Plages. The surrounding area offers plenty to see and do, including beautiful beaches, local cafes, and vibrant markets. You can easily reach Sanary-sur-Mer, Bandol, and other charming towns in the Var region. The Mediterranean coast offers numerous outdoor activities such as hiking, cycling, and exploring the nearby islands like Porquerolles and Embiez.
Inside the house, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen for preparing meals, along with a spacious living area to relax after a day of sightseeing. Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
