This 60m² T3 apartment accommodates up to 6 guests with one bedroom featuring a double bed, another with bunk beds, and a living room with a convertible sofa. It also includes one bathroom, a separate WC, and a terrace. Guests enjoy parking and access to a shared swimming pool. Bed linen and towels are available at an extra cost, and tourist taxes and a credit card deposit are required upon arrival. The property is not pet-friendly.
Just 100 meters from the beach, the apartment offers direct sea access and is set within a wooded estate. Guests can enjoy the Mediterranean park, adventure trails, and nearby fitness and nature walks. Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
