General

The holiday home for 5 persons has two bathrooms and three bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV. In addition there is a garden (fenced), a swimming pool (private, outdoors), an air conditioner, a terrace and a barbecue. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a washing machine, a freezer, a Internet connection (wireless) and a tumble dryer.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot.

Open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra). Sep. WC. Forced-air heating. Upper floor: (spiral staircase), 1 room with 1 bed (90 cm, length 190 cm), separate WC and shower. South facing position and, east facing position. Terrace furniture, electric barbecue. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, mosquito net. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (fenced), width 240 cm. Please note: smoke alarm. Small car parking. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.

Nearby attractions: Parcs naturel des Calanques, de Port Cros et Porquerolles, Et Sites Préservés, Parc Aquatique. Hiking paths: Massifs de la Sainte Baume et, Sainte Victoire. Groups of teenagers on request only. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency INTERHOME in Six-Fours les Plages, 3 km.

There is a lake/open water less than 4 kilometer. Want even more activities? The nearby area features golfing. You can also relax, because near Les Lentisques 21 in Six-Fours-les-Plages you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
