The holiday home for 10 persons has three bathrooms and four bedrooms and is equipped with a bunk bed, a triple bunk bed and three double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a fireplace and a TV. In addition there is a swimming pool, a garden, a set of garden furniture, a barbecue, a table tennis table, a football table, a bar and a patio and there are two terraces. The badroom is equipped with three toilets, a bath, two showers and three washbasins.

The holiday home has a tumble dryer, a washing machine, a fridge, a fridge-freezer and a Internet connection (wireless).

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot, a playground equipment and a high chair.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with two microwaves, an oven, a dishwasher, two stoves and two coffee makers.

This package ensures a seamless stay and conveniently covers services such as final cleaning, utility consumption, service support, and protection against minor damages or incidental costs during your stay.
Guests who prefer may manage these services independently, provided the property is returned in good order at check-out.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
