The first bedroom features a 160cm bed and a large dressing room, with a shower room and WC with a washing machine located on the ground floor.

Upstairs, two air-conditioned bedrooms provide ample space for relaxation. The second bedroom offers a 160cm bed, a large dressing room, and a small balcony with a partial sea view. The third bedroom contains 2x90cm bunk beds, suitable for children or additional guests. The upstairs bathroom includes a bathtub, sink, and WC, completing the floor’s layout. Guests can enjoy the convenience of a private path leading to Croisette beach, just 650 meters away, and the city center is 2 km from the property.

Additional amenities include access to a swimming pool within the residence, available from May to September. The bastide offers free parking within the residence, and air conditioning in the upstairs bedrooms ensures comfort during warmer months. WiFi is available throughout the property, making it a great option for both relaxation and work. Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
