The holiday home for 12 persons has five bathrooms and six bedrooms and is equipped with six single beds and three double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a TV, a DVD player and a fireplace. In addition there is a bar, a swimming pool, a roof terrace, a garden, a set of garden furniture, a barbecue and a patio and there are two terraces, two jacuzzis, two balconies and two air conditioners. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with three baths, five toilets, five showers and five washbasins.

The holiday home has two fridges, a tumble dryer, a Internet connection (wireless) and a washing machine.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot and there are two high chairs.

The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, a dishwasher, a coffee maker (espresso machine), a stove and an oven.

This luxurious villa is located in Sainte-Maxime, a short drive away from the sandy beach. Ideal for a large family, it can accommodate 12 guests and has 6 bedrooms. This villa has a private swimming pool with sun loungers to cool off when it gets hot outside and a bubble bath to unwind.

A tennis court is only 500 m if you wish to plan a friendly match with your friends or family. The local grocery store is 5 km whereas the restaurant is 2 km from the villa. For sunbathing or watcing spectacular sunsets, the sea lies 5 km away.

The fenced garden is great to lie down in the fresh air or play ball games with children. You have the access to the private terrace where you can enjoy a sizzling platter of barbecue. Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
