The holiday home for 8 persons has three bathrooms and three bedrooms and is equipped with four single beds, a double sofa bed and a double bed. The holiday home is equipped with a TV. The badroom is equipped with three showers, a bath, three toilets and three washbasins.

Facing the heart of the estate with the Luberon ridge as a backdrop, this four-star villa in Saint-Saturnin-lès-Apt is the kind of place that earns its setting. Private, spacious, and thoughtfully equipped, it sits just 900 metres from the village and within easy reach of some of Provence's most celebrated landscapes.

The villa spreads across two floors, sleeping eight. The ground floor has a double bedroom with a dressing area and an en-suite bathroom with both a bath and a shower, alongside a living area with a sofa bed and a TV. Upstairs, two further bedrooms each have two single beds and their own private shower room - giving the group a level of independence that larger shared stays rarely offer. The fully equipped kitchen handles everything from a simple breakfast to a proper evening meal, and a laundry room adds real convenience for longer stays. Air conditioning runs throughout, and Wi-Fi and parking as optional services are available.

The private heated pool is the villa's centrepiece - open from mid-April to mid-October - with a covered terrace and landscaped garden wrapping around it. Mornings by the water, long lunches in the shade, evenings that drift well past sunset - the outdoor space is designed to be lived in. A barbecue is available as a paid extra.

Saint-Saturnin-lès-Apt is a short stroll away, with Gordes 19km out and Avignon 50km. Roussillon, L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, and the ochre trails of the Luberon are all within comfortable reach, making this a natural base for exploring the very best of Provence at your own pace.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
