Garden and Grounds

Your property is almost 1 hectare in size, and the area around the house and pool is partially fenced. You enter the house via a small dirt track. Walking through the garden, you arrive at the swimming pool. To your left is a small, enclosed outbuilding, and to your right is your house. The pool (3.5m x 8.5m, 1.5m deep, heated during the off-season) offers you the opportunity to refresh yourself in complete privacy. An outdoor shower has been installed, as well as a pétanque court for your barbecues (a gas grill is provided).

The Property
This is a newly built property, so all the fixtures and fittings are new and of high quality.

Ground Floor
You have a very large, light-filled living and dining room. The kitchen is open to this room. A hallway leads to a room on the left with a wood-burning stove and ample storage space. Continuing down the hallway, you will reach the two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom (shower and toilet). One bedroom has a double bed, the other two single beds that can be pushed together. At the end of the hallway is another room with a washing machine.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
