Welcome to your Provençal escape - this villa sits close to the heart of Alpilles, nestled near Saint-Rémy-de-Provence, with olive groves, shaded courtyards, and countryside calm all around. It’s a place where you can swap city noise for fauna, narrow lanes for open sky, and rush for slow-paced mornings.
The layout of the villa is pretty straightforward – the ground floor comprises a huge living room with TV, a small lounge with an armchair and fireplace, an office space, a dining room with seating for at least a dozen guests, a fully-equipped open kitchen, and two bedrooms furnished with double beds. As you climb the stairs to the first floor, you enter a small lounge, perfect for games and TV, and there are 4 more suites installed with a double bed each or two single beds in the fourth bedroom. All of the bedrooms have an attached bathroom, Air conditioning and a relaxed décor throughout, giving a modern touch to rustic surroundings. For added convenience, you get a utility room for luggage and supplies.
Outside, you’ll find the villa’s gem: a private pool, ideal for cooling off after midday sun or lounging with friends while sipping a chilled drink. Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
