General

The holiday home for 6 persons has two bathrooms and three bedrooms and is equipped with a double bed. The holiday home is equipped with two heaters, a TV and a stereo (wireless). In addition there is a swimming pool, an air conditioner, a garden and a table tennis table and there are three terraces. You can park your car on four parkings. The badroom is equipped with two showers, a toilet and two washbasins.

The holiday home has a fridge, a washing machine, a fridge-freezer, a tumble dryer and a Internet connection (wireless).

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot and a high chair.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker, a dishwasher and an oven.

From the air-conditioned living room, step onto the terrace with expansive views. After hiking (RD99) or mountain biking, enjoy a refreshing dip in the pool in the spacious enclosed garden with olive trees, lavender and herbs. In the evening, open the windows for a cool night with fresh air and a good night's sleep. Ideal for a relaxing holiday!

The villa is located in the small hamlet of Saint-Julien-le-Montagnier in the Provençal municipality of Artignosc, on the edge of the Var and the Alpes de Haute Provence departments. Rent a quiet little boat in Saint-Julien plage or in Quinson to explore the (lower) Gorges du Verdon. Visit the Provençal market in the truffle village of Aups, and plan a day trip to the student city of Aix-en-Provence for museum visits and shopping. For fresh croissants, you can bike or walk to the bakery in the village of Sainte-Pierre, where you can also enjoy a delicious pizza. In the village, there's a small supermarket, a restaurant, a butcher, and a pharmacy, as well as an ATM. For a larger supermarket, you can go to Ginasservis. Some tips for day trips include the famous Gorges du Verdon (45 minutes away) with the azure blue Lac de Sainte-Croix, the renowned Saint-Tropez, or a boat trip from the beautiful harbor town of Cassis. The surrounding area of the villa is truly beautiful, with lots of olive trees and vineyards! An ideal holiday destination!

Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house

Payment terms and -periods

The deposit is at least 35% of the total travel sum and optional insurances. The remaining amount must be paid no later than six weeks before departure. In case of departure within six weeks, the amount must be paid at once.
