This charming residence offers rental apartments with top-of-the-range services for an exceptional stay in Serre Chevalier , nestled in the heart of the Hautes-Alpes. Located in the center of the resort, just 300 meters from the ski lifts , the holiday residence occupies the former site of the Hôtel de la Balme, once the family hotel of ski champion Luc Alphand. Spread across two separate chalets that seamlessly integrate with the Serre Chevalier heritage, the residence offers 26 rental apartments, ranging from studios for two people to four-room cabins for up to 10 people. Each apartment is designed for comfort, and many have a balcony or terrace with breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. In addition to the rental apartments, Cristal Lodge also has a hotel complex with 20 rooms, most of which have a balcony with stunning views of the slopes. These cozy rooms, with their warm wooden interiors and elegant furnishings, offer quality amenities for an unforgettable stay. The double, triple, and family rooms accommodate 1 to 4 people and are equipped with a flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi, a hairdryer, a shower or bath, and complimentary toiletries. Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
