You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a toilet, a washbasin and a shower.

A short 3-minute walk leads you to three large communal pools with breathtaking sea views, tennis and basketball courts, beach volleyball, table tennis, and a children's playground. The area is rich in activities including sailing, snorkeling, and jet skiing, along with plenty of tranquil beach spots. The ground-floor, air-conditioned apartment has been fully renovated in the last decade. It features a bright living and dining area, a modern open kitchen with breakfast bar, and two bedrooms. One bedroom includes sea views and terrace access, the other has a double and single bed with en-suite bathroom. High-speed WiFi, a washing machine, and convenient front and rear parking complete this relaxing coastal retreat.

This package ensures a seamless stay and conveniently covers services such as final cleaning, utility consumption, service support, and protection against minor damages or incidental costs during your stay.
Guests who prefer may manage these services independently, provided the property is returned in good order at check-out.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
