In addition there is a garden, a set of garden furniture, a swimming pool, a barbecue, a terrace and a bicycle and there are four air conditioners. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with two showers.

The holiday home has a washing machine, a fridge, a Internet connection (wireless) and a garage.

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot.

The kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker, a dishwasher, an oven, a stove and a microwave.

This package ensures a seamless stay and conveniently covers services such as final cleaning, utility consumption, service support, and protection against minor damages or incidental costs during your stay.
Guests who prefer may manage these services independently, provided the property is returned in good order at check-out.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
