In front of the building there is an enclosed communal swimming pool measuring approximately 25 x 10 m with a garden shower. There is a sunbathing area in front with parasols and sun loungers.

Shops, restaurants and public transport are all within 100 metres. Bus line 100 runs at moderate fares, for example, along the entire French Riviera as far as Nice and Cannes. This means you can put together a personalised programme of excursions. The beach is just 100 metres away. There is a launderette 400 m from the flat.

The flat does not offer internet access. However, there are Internet cafés nearby. There is also a washing machine.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
