The holiday home for 10 persons has five bathrooms and five bedrooms and is equipped with four double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a heather, a fireplace, a stereo, a TV and a heater. In addition there is an air conditioner, a swimming pool (private, outdoors), a barbecue and a garden and there are two balconies or terraces. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with two baths or showers, a hairdryer, three showers, five washbasins and five toilets.

The holiday home has a fridge, two tumble dryers and two washing machines.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a high chair and toys.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker, a dishwasher, a microwave and an oven.

Comprising three independent units—a main house, an adjoining annex, and a separate wooden chalet—the villa allows guests to stay together while maintaining individual privacy.

The expansive property comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests across five bedrooms and four bathrooms. The main house features three air-conditioned queen-size bedrooms (160 cm), including one with an en-suite and another with a separate shower room. The main kitchen is large, fully equipped with high-end appliances (induction hobs, American fridge, Nespresso machine), and offers beautiful garden views. The living room includes comfortable seating and a TV with English channels. The annexe adds a fourth air-conditioned bedroom (180 cm king-size bed) with a spacious living room and kitchenette, while the separate chalet provides a fifth queen-size bedroom (160 cm) with its own kitchenette and outdoor shower—ideal for couples seeking seclusion.

The outdoor and leisure amenities are designed for a perfect Provençal holiday. The 1,500 m² enclosed Mediterranean garden, planted with olive and fruit trees, features a large, heated private pool with a separate children's pool. A friendly pool house offers a dining and relaxation area with a plancha and fridge. Leisure facilities include a pétanque court and a ping-pong table. The property also provides private parking, mid-stay cleaning.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
