General

The holiday home for 6 persons has two bathrooms and three bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV. In addition there is a swimming pool (private, outdoors), a balcony, a tennis court, a garden (fenced) and an air conditioner. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a freezer, a Internet connection (wireless) and a washing machine.

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot.

Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with 1 french bed (180 cm, length 200 cm). Bathroom, sep. WC, double hand-basin. Air-conditioning. Facilities: washing machine, baby cot for up to 2 year olds. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: suitable for families. Non-smokers only. Smoke alarm. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
