This three-room duplex apartment offers approximately 45 m² of living space and is designed to accommodate up to six guests. On the ground floor, you’ll find a cozy living area with two pull-out beds (190x80 cm), a bedroom with two single beds (90x190 cm), and a fully equipped kitchenette featuring a ceramic hob, fridge, dishwasher, microwave/grill, filter coffee machine, and kettle. The upper floor includes a bedroom with a double bed (160x190 cm), as well as a bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet. A private terrace completes the space, perfect for relaxing outdoors.

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
