General

The holiday home for 8 persons has three bathrooms and four bedrooms and is equipped with four double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a heather, a fireplace, a TV, a stereo and a heater. In addition there is a swimming pool (private, outdoors), an air conditioner, a balcony, a barbecue, a garden, a patio and a set of garden furniture. The badroom is equipped with a bath, a bath or shower, three toilets, two showers and three washbasins.

The holiday home has a fridge, a tumble dryer, a freezer, two washing machines and a garage.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a high chair.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker, an oven, a microwave and a dishwasher.

Situated on a sprawling private two-hectare estate, this 280m² home comfortably accommodates up to 8 people, blending classic Provençal charm with sleek contemporary décor. The environment is perfectly tranquil yet equipped for a memorable stay. The sprawling ground floor features a very large living room, complete with a bar area, a TV, and a cozy fireplace, opening directly onto a large terrace.

The kitchen and utility areas are designed for effortless living. The separate, fully equipped kitchen boasts a full suite of appliances—oven, stovetop, dishwasher, freezer, and microwave—and opens onto a second terrace with a charming pergola and barbecue grill, perfect for al fresco evenings under the stars. For convenience, a dedicated laundry room provides two washing machines, a dryer, and ironing facilities. The villa ensures comfort across both floors with modern amenities including air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, and telephone access. The grounds are secure, featuring an automatic entrance gate and private parking, including a Provençal-style carport for two cars.

The four bedrooms are cozy retreats after a day of exploration. Bedroom 1 on the ground floor offers a double or twin setup with a private ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 2 and Bedroom 3 (which has its own covered terrace) share a spacious connecting bathroom equipped with both a shower and a luxurious bathtub. The final bedroom, located upstairs, also provides flexible bedding and a large bathroom with a separate toilet. We provide bed linen, towels, and kitchen linen, plus two baby cots and two high chairs for family ease.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
