This charming 30m² apartment on the ground floor, located in Oppède in the heart of the Luberon, is designed for 2 people. It has a bedroom with a 160cm bed and a private 20m² north-facing terrace with a view of the Monts de Vaucluse and Mont Ventoux. Animals are accepted (additional charge). The residence offers a garden, a heated swimming pool (open from Easter to All Saints' Day) and a pétanque court.
Located at the foot of the village of Oppède-le-Vieux, the residence offers a peaceful and rejuvenating setting. The exteriors are furnished with shaded areas, a barbecue and typical Provençal vegetation (olive trees, broom, oleander, lavender). A fountain and a bell tower add to the charm of the place. Additional services are offered, such as delivery of bread and pastries and additional linen packs.
The apartment includes a bright living room with a sofa and an equipped kitchen (2 induction hobs, dishwasher, refrigerator, kettle, toaster, filter/espresso coffee maker, multifunction microwave). The bathroom has a walk-in shower, a stone sink and WC. Sheets, towels and toiletries are provided. A travel cot and a high chair are available on request. A laundry room (washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board) and private parking are available. A deposit of €1000 is required.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
