The holiday home for 10 persons has four bathrooms and five bedrooms and is equipped with two single beds and four double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a TV, a heater and a stereo (wireless). In addition there is a garden, a boules court, a swimming pool, a bar, a balcony, a barbecue, a roof terrace, a table tennis table and a set of garden furniture and there are four terraces and four air conditioners. You can park your car under a carport. The badroom is equipped with four showers, a toilet, a bath and five washbasins.

The holiday home has a tumble dryer, a fridge, a washing machine, a Internet connection (wireless), a freezer and a fridge-freezer.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a high chair and a cot.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a stove, an oven, een afzuigkap, a microwave, a dishwasher and a coffee maker.

In a green oasis, just 3 km from the charming medieval village of Mougins and 8 km from the Mediterranean Sea with its beautiful beaches, lies this luxurious villa with a 4000 m² enclosed garden. Relax at the elegant pool house with its bar and lounge area, or take a dip in your own pool. Enjoy a game of pétanque or a balmy evening by the BBQ overlooking the enchantingly lit garden.

High above the shimmering Bay of Cannes, tucked between silvery olive groves and fragrant pine forests, lies the charming village of Mougins, a jewel that has enchanted artists and foodies for centuries. As soon as you drive up the winding road, time seems to slow down. Narrow cobbled streets lead past galleries, studios and small boutiques. This is where Pablo Picasso painted his last masterpieces and found peace in the sun-drenched quiet of southern France. Today, Mougins still breathes art; every corner seems like a living painting.

Mougins is also known as the culinary heart of the Côte d'Azur. For decades, renowned chefs have flocked to this village to celebrate French gastronomy. Local restaurants, often hidden behind stone walls or in intimate squares, serve dishes that smell of Provence.

The biggest attractions of the French Riviera are a short distance from the villa. In the lively seaside resort of Cannes, you can stroll along the famous Boulevard de la Croisette, where the world-famous film festival is held every spring. The attractive coastal town of Antibes (10 km) and the atmospheric city of Nice (20 km) are also well worth a visit. All along the coast you will find lovely sandy beaches and in the beautiful green interior there are several golf courses.

Don't miss the small Provençal villages, Chateauneuf-de-Grasse, Gourdon, Opio, Tourettes-sur-Loup and Saint-Cezaire.

In the evening, you return to Mougins, where the lanterns gently light up and the terraces fill up again. The air is warm, filled with music and laughter. And as night falls, the village seems to whisper: Stay a while longer - here life is sweet.
