The holiday home for 12 persons has four bathrooms and six bedrooms and is equipped with five double beds and a bunk bed. The holiday home is equipped with a fireplace, a stereo and a TV. In addition there is a swimming pool, a bar, a barbecue, a garden, a terrace and a trampoline and there are seven air conditioners. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with two baths, four showers, five toilets and four washbasins.

The holiday home has a garage, a tumble dryer, a washing machine, a fridge-freezer and a Internet connection (wireless).

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot and a high chair.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, a coffee maker, a stove, a dishwasher and an oven.

Guests who prefer may manage these services independently, provided the property is returned in good order at check-out.

On-site costs

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
