If you're here in spring, remember to soak up the wonderful colors and scents of the lavender fields. The town center at 0.3 km is great to stroll in the evening and to enjoy the streetscape. Supermarkets rest at 1.5 km and restaurants are at 6 km. The morning starts best on the private roofed terrace, admiring the views across lake Le Verdon with a cup of coffee. In the private, fenced garden with colorful flowers, you can relax while children romp and play to their heart's content. You can enjoy barbecue evenings and end your day in style. You can bring a pet for free. Pool is open from early June to early September Marseille Airport is 80 km. Optional Utilities & Service Package. An optional utilities and service package of EUR 100,00 can be selected prior to your arrival. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link should you wish to include it. This package ensures a seamless stay and conveniently covers services such as final cleaning, utility consumption, service support, and protection against minor damages or incidental costs during your stay. Guests who prefer may manage these services independently, provided the property is returned in good order at check-out.
The tennis court is not private but accessed by the HO. It is 30 yards from the property and no charges for use

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
