The holiday home for 8 persons has three bathrooms and four bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV and a fireplace. In addition there is a garden (fenced), a swimming pool (private, outdoors) and a barbecue. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a Internet connection (wireless) and a washing machine.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot.

Exit to the veranda. 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). 1 small room with 1 double sofabed (140 cm, length 190 cm). Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Bath/shower, shower, sep. WC. Upper floor: small, Studio with 1 double sofabed (160 cm, length 200 cm), shower/WC. Kitchenette (2 hot plates, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine) with small dining table. Oil heating. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (4). Facilities: washing machine, mosquito net, baby cot for up to 3 year olds. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: one double bedroom is outside the apartment. Non-smoking house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. No internal connecting door between the separated properties. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
