The holiday home for 6 persons has three bathrooms and three bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV. Small, open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 3 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, grill, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Senseo) extra). Sep. WC. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), shower/WC and TV (flat screen). Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm), shower/WC and TV (flat screen). Exit to the balcony. Air-conditioning. Large terrace. Barbecue (portable), deck chairs (6). Facilities: washing machine, iron, baby cot for up to 3 year olds, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. The pool mentioned in the description is for private use. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
