With its cosy interiors and many repurposed details, the house has a warm and authentic atmosphere. A private garden and terrace create a peaceful retreat, while in summer, guests can enjoy a panoramic swimming pool shared with the owner. From the pool terrace, there is a breathtaking mountain view that makes every swim unforgettable.

On the ground floor, you will find a 30 m² living area with a lounge, dining space, and a fully equipped kitchen. The sofa converts automatically into a bed with a high-quality 140 cm mattress, ensuring a restful sleep. This floor also includes a bathroom with a shower, sink, WC, and a washing machine. Upstairs, the bedroom is furnished with a 160 cm box-spring bed and has its own washroom with sink and WC. Outdoors, the private shaded terrace with a grapevine is perfect for dining, while a nearby fig tree provides a natural spot for an afternoon siesta.

The property is equipped with modern amenities such as TV, Wi-Fi, dishwasher, washing machine, barbecue, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and oven. Board games, a DVD/CD player, heating, and ironing facilities are also provided. Guests can enjoy linens with a supplement. Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
