1 x (160 x 200 cm), fully equipped, custom-designed kitchen, living/dining room, TV room, mezzanine, walk-in shower/toilet, bath/shower head. The house is on one level except for one step to the hallway leading to the bedrooms and two steps to the TV room.

Private, alarm-secured free-form swimming pool. Large terrace with dining table and chairs for six people.

Summer dining room under the awning. Garden: automatic irrigation, professionally landscaped and sloping down to the pool. Very spacious private parking area.

Side access to the municipal car park, which leads to the town with all its amenities, a 50-100 meter walk.

Note: No smoking. No pets.
