The holiday home for 10 persons has three bathrooms and five bedrooms and is equipped with five double beds and a double sofa bed. The holiday home is equipped with five televisions. In addition there is a hot tub, a swimming pool, a boules court, an air conditioner, a set of garden furniture, a barbecue, an atmospheric fireplace, a garden and a volleyball field and there are two terraces and four balconies or terraces. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with three washbasins and three showers.

The holiday home has a washing machine and a fridge-freezer.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a stove, an oven, a coffee maker and a microwave.

The spacious terrace wraps around the upper floor, connecting the living room, kitchen, and bedrooms with stunning views. The lower floor features a large bedroom with a shower room, double bed, and a double sofa bed, with direct access to the swimming pool.
Optional Utilities & Service Package
An optional utilities and service package of EUR 400,00 can be selected prior to your arrival. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link should you wish to include it.
This package ensures a seamless stay and conveniently covers services such as final cleaning, utility consumption, service support, and protection against minor damages or incidental costs during your stay.
Guests who prefer may manage these services independently, provided the property is returned in good order at check-out.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
